Global Operations Manager

Mr. Lockie has over 25 years’ experience in the frozen and refrigerated industry and the transportation sector as it relates to information technological developments. Mr. Lockie was instrumental in the implementation of several greenfield start ups over his career. Prior to his involvement in the PRW and transportation industry, Mr. Lockie has 15 years’ experience in the management and implementation of I.T. systems in the service sector. Robb works from the Toronto Head Office.

Peter Terblanche
General Manager

Peter joined Everest Hastings operations as the General Manager in April, 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in logistics, transport and warehouse management in New Zealand and South Africa. Peter spent 16 of those 20 years working his way up to National Logistics & Transport Manager with Imperial Cargo, South Africa; he worked several years as General Manager of Blaze Logistics in South Africa; Operations & Transport Manager of Porter Transport, New Zealand; and Operations & Transport Manager of Toll Global Express, New Zealand.

Peter is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and operations of the business in Hastings.

Peter has a diploma in New Management Development, University of Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa 2011; Certificate in Managing Skills Program, Dyna Training Academy, South Africa, 2014; Mastery Leadership Diploma, University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, 2014; Industrial Psychology Diploma, University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, 2014.

Glyn Jochems

Warehouse Manager

Glyn joined Everest Kool Solutionz Hastings operations as Warehouse Manager in November, 2025. He brings more than 20 years of experience across sales, operations, transport, and warehouse management in South Africa.

Throughout his career, Glyn has gained extensive experience in sales, operations, and warehousing, including more than 20 years with RTT and ISA Components. His broad operational and leadership experience provides valuable expertise in managing efficient warehouse and logistics operations.

Based at Everest Kool Solutionz Hastings facility in New Zealand, Glyn is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
