Chandana Lokuge, FCA FCMA PGDip
General Manager/Financial Controller
Chandana joins Everest with over 30 years of experience in finance, assurance and operations, including international exposure.
Prior to joining Everest, Chandana commenced his financial career as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in Sri Lanka and later held senior Managing Director and CEO positions with several international manufacturing companies.
Chandana is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations and financial management of the business in Hastings and expanding Everest’s presence in New Zealand.
Chandana is a Member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.
Global Operations Manager
Mr. Lockie has 25 years’ experience in the frozen and refrigerated industry and the transportation sector as it relates to information technological developments. Mr. Lockie was instrumental in the implementation of several greenfield start ups over his career. Prior to his involvement in the PRW and transportation industry, Mr. Lockie has 15 years’ experience in the management and implementation of I.T. systems in the service sector. Robb works from the Toronto Head Office.
Prashan joined Everest Hastings in January 2020 as a Customer Service Representative and has recently been promoted to Sales Representative. Prashan has a background in logistics management training at Softlogic PLC Sri Lanka (SL). Prashan held several roles over an 8-year period as a Relationship Manager within the Banking and Finance sectors. Prashan also has experience in Business Development within the Banking and Finance sectors.
Prashan holds a MSc degree in Management from the University of Worcester UK and a BA(HONS) in Business Management from University of Sunderland UK.
Christopher joined Everest Hastings operations as the Warehouse Supervisor in January 2022. He possesses over 10 years of experience in warehouse management, production and site operations in New Zealand and over 15 years of experience in warehouse operations in the Republic of South Africa.
He is responsible for managing operations of the warehouse located in Hastings.
Christopher has a Business Management Diploma in Executive Education (SA) Newport University (California) and has obtained a Certificate in Strategic Logistics Management from Damelin College, South Africa.
Hemi is local to Hawkes Bay and has been with Everest since its opening in 2013. Hemi originally started as a storeman with Everest. Hemi has held several roles in Hawkes Bay prior to joining Everest over a 20-year career and brings particular expertise to the business in the areas of warehousing and logistics.
